Business Integrations™ partnered with Nest:Space™ to create a unique and personalized experience for members the moment they enter the space. Using Make.com, our automation checks when a member keys into the building and displays a custom welcome message with their name on a VestaBoard in the vestibule. This small yet impactful touchpoint fosters community and connection, ensuring every member feels valued from their very first step into the space.

How We Personalized the Member Experience

The automation starts when a member keys into the building using the SaltoKS system. Make.com then queries Airtable to check if the member has keyed in earlier that day. If it’s their first entry, Make.com sends a request to the VestaBoard to display a custom greeting like, “Welcome back, [Member Name]!” This real-time welcome message makes members feel appreciated from the moment they walk in.

Using Make.com’s integration capabilities, Business Integrations™ connected SaltoKS, Airtable, and VestaBoard to create a seamless and automated process. This helps Nest:Space™ provide a more connected and interactive environment, where everyone knows each other’s name, promoting engagement and community.
